Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the princessfashionhouse.com team and members. It is important to understand that princessfashionhouse.com represents a large number of independent boutiques, retail outlets and designers, all of which have their own refund and exchange policies specified on their products for sale under the description "selling terms"

Princessfashionhouse.com also offers products for sale as per our refunds and exchange policy below:

 

Making a return

If you are dissatisfied with the product received you must contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product stating your name, reason for the return, paypal,bank or credit card details,order number and your preferred option: either refund or exchange.

We will contact you by email within 48 hours with a Returns Advice Number (RAN) excluding weekends and public holidays. You must then return the product to the postal address provided on the email within 7 days from receiving a Returns Advice Number (RAN)

If we do not receive a response within the 7-day period of receiving the product or receive the product within 7 days of you receiving our Returns Advice Number (RAN), you shall be deemed to have waived any right that you may have had to return the item and shall thereafter have no further right to return the item or claim a refund.

When returning items there must be no marks or any sign of wear and tear with all tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in the original box and have no sign of wear and tear.

We will not be held responsible for the item being returned to the supplier getting lost or stolen during transport. We do not accept for refund or exchange any item that the supplier suspects has been damaged through wear and tear. Items must be in an unused and unworn condition with all tags still attached.

 

 

Refunds

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received a damaged product or the incorrect product, we will refund the original product cost and the delivery cost. You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense as you would normally do when returning an item purchased in-store.

If you are returning an item that you no longer wish to purchase then only the item cost will be refunded. We will make a refund to you within 30 days of our receipt of your email request, providing the item has been returned to us within the specified period.

The item should be returned by a mail/courier service that provides freight tracking. We recommend using either express post or registered mail. You are liable for any product that is lost or stolen during transport when returning products to us.

 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges work in the same way as making a return (see above) except you will notify us by email that you would prefer to exchange. If there is any variance in the price of the product involved in the exchange we will advise you of the amount and how we will either refund or charge you. You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense and will be charged an additional delivery charge for the new product.

 

 

International

For international returns and exchanges all of the above conditions still apply.
Items to be returned to an international supplier should be sent no slower than registered air mail and must be marked 'Return of Goods'. The customer will be required to pay for the return freight charges; in the case of an exchange, an additional delivery charge will apply.

 

 

Sales, Clearance & Custom made products

There are no refunds or exchange on sale / clearance or custom made items sold directly by princessfashionhouse.com.
