Brenda Warner came to the attention of Austrade last year and with their support her work was presented to a Taiwanese businessman who has three stores in Taiwan. Emme Fashion accessories are now being exported to Taiwan.

In the middle of last year Brenda was invited to Taiwan to promote her work and meet her clients. The Austrade representative in Taipei supported Brenda and travelled with her from Taipei in the north to Tainan in the south where he translated for her. During her in-store presentations Brenda was filmed and interviewed by local newspaper journalists and a CNN television news crew. She demonstrated her sewing techniques for them and released her new West Australian Wildflower range of matching wraps, evening bags, neckties and brooches showing the exciting influence of the beautiful wildflowers of Western Australia.

People in Taiwan were most impressed with Brenda’s unique fabric decorating techniques and great interest was shown in her new Tote Bag collection Every bag is different, each one is an exclusive work of art because Brenda decorates using a variety of free-machine embroidery techniques.
Back in Taipei, Brenda was introduced to the buyer from a large, modern, Department Store who requested an appointment to view her new Wildflower range of accessories. They are very interested in placing an order so Brenda is now making adjustments to her range to compliment the ladies of Taipei.
