The expertise acquired over the past 18 years on her path to Master Jeweler has inspired her to go beyond fabricating fine jewelry. With the same intensity used to create custom, one-of-a-kind works, Lyons puts her heart and skills into designing one off and limited edition handbags and belts.

Cultivated with passion, patience, and meticulous detailing, incorporating precious metals and gem stones, handcrafted with an eye for sturdiness and longevity, her work has a timeless appeal.

Adorning the finest, hand-selected leathers is hand-worked precious metal and gemstone hardware; such focused details are integrated as structural elements of the handbags as well as into the buckles of the belts. Lyons appreciates the collector’s desire for uniqueness and longevity. As a result, designs include current style elements yet transcend ephemeral fashion and become true expressions style and luxury. These are some of the qualities that embody a Lyons creation.


Handbags:

Every element of each handbag is skillfully handcrafted by Lyons and a team of master leather and metal craftsmen, who take from twenty to forty hours to complete each piece.

Hides are hand selected. Gemstones come either from Lyons’ own collection of rare stones, amassed from nearly twenty years of jewelry fabrication and design, or from lapidary artisans specifically commissioned for the work. Hardware is hand fabricated from sterling silver, gold, and bronze, echoing and incorporating Lyon’s experience as a master jeweler. Exotic hardwoods are specially chosen and hand finished. Each component ensures structural as well as design integrity.

Paying homage to heirloom bags handed down by her grandmother, Lyons appreciates the collector’s desire for each handbag to last generations. Each line may include a variety of leathers, gemstones, and precious metals, and is crafted in several sizes, yet every bag will uniquely reflect its caretaker’s sensibilities.


Belts:

All works are hand-crafted, incorporating one-of-a-kind elements while retaining the distinctive characteristics that embody a Lyons’ creation.

Gemstones are specially selected and cut for each collection, and are set in sterling silver or 18k gold (or other precious metals when commissioned). Purchased in limited quantities, stones’ shape, size, and color will vary in some designs. As natural products from the earth, no two stones can ever be exactly the same; sibling gemstones are both unique and similar, ensuring consistency yet also exclusivity throughout the line.

Custom but not customary, timeless but also present, Lyons’ designs are crafted to match the individual.
