ROWKAY was created in April 2006 by a young and ambitious female designer who goes by the name of Rosie. Rosie combined her two passions fluro colours and high fashion to create a new genre of style best described as a prostitute on acid.

And hence ROWKAY was born.

From the dark recesses of her studio Rosie creates one of a kind handmade dresses using only the finest of fabrics from all over the world. Each dress is individually designed and built using ROWKAY's unique and original style.

Specialising in halter-neck empire waist hanky hem dresses, ROWKAY also create love heart boob tube dresses, pinafores, tops, skirts and gowns. Each more interesting than the next.

The beauty of the ROWKAY concept is that customers can rest assured knowing that they will never have to worry about going to a party/club/formal and seeing someone else in the same dress.
