The term 'User' can refer to either a Visitor or Registered user. The terms 'we' and 'us' means Princess Fashion House, which is a trading name of Princess Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd.

If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions or our privacy policy then you cannot use the website or services of princessfashionhouse.com.

Princessfashionhouse.com cannot warrant the accuracy of content provided by boutiques or registered members; however, all reasonable endeavours are made to ensure that information listed is accurate. You must always use your own discretion and judgement in deciding whether to apply or respond to advertised positions of employment or any member networking events. We shall not be liable for any third party actions featured on this site. Princess Fashion House trades in accordance with the Trade Practices Act 1974('Act').

Password

During the user registration process you will be asked to choose a password; please note that you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password. By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you agree not to use the account, username or password of another registered user at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify princessfashionhouse.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Placing Your Order

You may place an order by submitting an automated order form on the website and subsequently making payment through the secure Paypal payment gateway. When you place an order and finalize payment, we will issue you with an order number. When payment has been approved, your order will be processed and you will be notified of dispatch by email. This process of payment validation is required to prevent credit card and payment fraud. If we cannot process the order for any reason after payment has been received we will contact you directly.

Eligibility To Purchase

The purchase of products from princessfashionhouse.com is limited only to parties who can enter into a right to purchase contract in accordance with Australian Consumer law. Customers must provide truthful and accurate information when providing registration and payment details.

Payment Processing

We use the Paypal payment gateway because it is a trusted and well known payment gateway providing both you and us with protection, privacy and safety when using both websites.Princessfashionhouse.com takes every precaution to make our site as safe and secure as possible for all users.

Your credit card and payment details are not retained by either our server or us.

We do not offer these forms and methods of payment as a readily available option, though it is possible to organise payment via either - cheque, money order, bank transfer and direct debit. We do have a number of regular clients purchasing via these methods. If you are considering making a payment by any of these methods please contact us at our customer service centre.

Supply Of Your Products

Princessfashionhouse.com represents suppliers from all over the world who ship their products directly to your door. Orders from suppliers will be supplied using a nominated postal or courier service as specified by the supplier. Each purchase incurs a postage charge as specified by the supplier, which is itemised in the shopping cart and totalled for your reference. You will receive a confirmation email when your item/s has been dispatched.

Multiple Item Purchases

Multiple purchases from the one supplier - incur a base delivery charge based on the heaviest item plus an additional charge for each additional item.
Multiple purchases from different suppliers - incur a base delivery charge from each supplier.

Delivery Charges & Examples

When purchasing an item you must choose either domestic or international freight service. The website automatically calculates the correct freight charges based on items purchased and suppliers.

Each supplier specifies their own delivery charge, the following costs are for demonstration purposes only and do not reflect actual costs:.

Example: A base rate for purchasing a dress might be set at the following rates;

  • Domestic base $8 (Domestic - classed as a supplier from the same country as the purchaser)
  • Domestic additional item $4
  • International base $12 (International - classed as a supplier from outside the purchaser's country of origin)
  • International additional item $6

Therefore if a purchaser is a domestic buyer the delivery charge for one dress is $12 (the base charge of $8+1x$4)

If the purchaser buys two dresses then the delivery charge is $16 (the base charge of $8+ 2 x $4)

Or

If the purchaser is an international buyer the delivery charge for one dress is $18 (the base charge of $12+1x$6)

If the purchaser buys two dresses then the delivery charge is $24 (the base charge of $12+2x$6)

Alternatively:

If the purchaser buys two dresses from two different suppliers both being local (domestic) the delivery charge would be $24( 2 x the base charge + 2 x additional item charge, based on both suppliers charging the same base rate of $8 amd the same additional items rate of $4)

or

If the purchaser buys two dresses from two different suppliers one being local (domestic) and the other being international. The delivery charge based on the above example rates would be calculated as follows: 1 x local base rate $8, 1 x international rate $12, 1 x local additional item $4, 1 x international additional item $6 = $30

When Will I Receive My Order?

You should check each supplier's specific delivery terms.
Generally, unless specified by the supplier the delivery terms below apply:

Domestic Deliveries
5 to 7 days from receipt and processing of your order.
Items from independent suppliers and custom made items may take longer.

International Deliveries
7 to 14 days from receipt and processing of your order.
Delivery is dependent upon the supplier, items ordered and the delivery destination. Items from independent suppliers and custom made items may take longer.

Important Information

Please note that we only accept credit card and Paypal payments for international purchases.

Princessfashionhouse.com and suppliers will not be held responsible for any additional taxes, customs charges etc incurred by your country of origin. Please check with your local customs procedures regarding taxes. If you do not accept any additional taxes charged the order is returned and you will only be refunded an amount less both shipping charges.

Post Office Box

For security reasons Post office boxes are not accepted as a delivery address. All deliveries must be accepted in person and signed for. If this is a problem please contact one of our Customer Service Centre staff to discuss alternate arrangements.

Product Availability

Princessfashionhouse.com promotes and sells products on behalf of individuals and businesses. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the inventory listed, from time to time an item may be sold out due to popular demand yet has not been updated as 'sold out'. If an item is unavailable, you will receive an email advising you that the item is sold out and every effort will be made to source the item for you. You will be kept up to date by one of our Customer Service Centre staff.

Refunds & Exchanges

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the princessfashionhouse.com team and members. It is important to understand that princessfashionhouse.com represents a large number of independent boutiques, retail outlets and designers, all of which have their own refund and exchange policies specified on their products for sale under the description "selling terms"

Princessfashionhouse.com also offers products for sale as per our refunds and exchange policy below:

Making A Return
If you are dissatisfied with the product received you must contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product stating your name, reason for the return, paypal,bank or credit card details,order number and your preferred option: either refund or exchange.

We will contact you by email within 48 hours with a Returns Advice Number (RAN) excluding weekends and public holidays. You must then return the product to the postal address provided on the email within 7 days from receiving a Returns Advice Number (RAN)

If we do not receive a response within the 7-day period of receiving the product or receive the product within 7 days of you receiving our Returns Advice Number (RAN), you shall be deemed to have waived any right that you may have had to return the item and shall thereafter have no further right to return the item or claim a refund.

When returning items there must be no marks or any sign of wear and tear with all tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in the original box and have no sign of wear and tear.

We will not be held responsible for the item being returned to the supplier getting lost or stolen during transport. We do not accept for refund or exchange any item that the supplier suspects has been damaged through wear and tear. Items must be in an unused and unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Refunds
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received a damaged product or the incorrect product, we will refund the original product cost and the delivery cost. You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense as you would normally do when returning an item purchased in-store.

If you are returning an item that you no longer wish to purchase then only the item cost will be refunded. We will make a refund to you within 30 days of our receipt of your email request, providing the item has been returned to us within the specified period.

The item should be returned by a mail/courier service that provides freight tracking. We recommend using either express post or registered mail. You are liable for any product that is lost or stolen during transport when returning products to us.

Exchanges
Exchanges work in the same way as making a return (see above) except you will notify us by email that you would prefer to exchange. If there is any variance in the price of the product involved in the exchange we will advise you of the amount and how we will either refund or charge you. You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense and will be charged an additional delivery charge for the new product.

International
For international returns and exchanges all of the above conditions still apply.
Items to be returned to an international supplier should be sent no slower than registered air mail and must be marked 'Return of Goods'. The customer will be required to pay for the return freight charges; in the case of an exchange, an additional delivery charge will apply.

Sales, Clearance & Custom made products
There are no refunds or exchange on sale, clearance or custom made items sold through the website.

Price Changes

By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that princessfashionhouse.com reserves the right to introduce new prices and charges or increase fees at anytime.

Terms

This agreement shall remain in effect at all times while you use princessfashionhouse.com services as either a Visitor, Member or User. You may terminate your membership at any time and for any reason.

Copyright of all boutique, graduate & individual designer collections & portfolios remain the copyright and property of those respective owners unless stated otherwise. All third party trademarks, mentions or displays are the property of their respective owners.

Intellectual Property

The content on the princessfashionhouse.com website (with the exception of content from boutiques, graduates, independent designers and user submissions) including but without limitation to: text, software, photos, graphics, sounds, music, video, interactive features, name, trademarks, and logos contained within the website are owned wholly by princessfashionhouse.com. Content on the website is for personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed or exploited for any other purposes without the prior written consent of the respective owners.

Changes To Terms & Conditions

You agree that the terms and conditions may be changed at any time and that those changes will be effective immediately when posted on the site. If we make any changes, they will be posted on the site so that all users are fully aware of what the changes are. A user is bound by any minor changes that have been posted on the site; as such, the user has an obligation to ensure that he or she is familiar with and agrees to minor changes as they occur. Any major changes will be posted on the site for 30 days, during which time you the user can contact us if you do not agree with the changes and wish to terminate or discuss your agreement with princessfashionhouse.com.

Force Majeure

Princessfashionhouse.com shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of princessfashionhouse.com, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

Disputes And Applicable Law

If there is any dispute about or involving the princessfashionhouse.com website and services, you agree that the dispute will by governed by Australian Consumer law. Any dispute in relation to these conditions and the use of the website and services will be heard in the State of South Australia and resolved in accordance with Australian law.
