“Jewellery is often bought and given with great love, but accumulates much more meaning as it is worn” explains Victoria Buckley, internationally renowned jewellery designer. “I love the idea of making things that have warmth and character, pieces that will last many lifetimes more than I will.”

Victoria Buckley has taken this passion for sentiment and applied it to the creation of finely crafted, distinctive works that express the individuality of love and life. Connecting with a vast history of techniques, crafts and inspirations from across the ages, she has forged her own unique path to create a new tradition of meaning in jewellery.

Making her mark via the creative renaissance of the medieval posy ring in 1992, Victoria has continued to create talismans that are beautiful, meaningful and individual. Myths, fairy tales and sublime quotes from history provide Buckley with inspiration for designs for now, that allow people to express their own unique character and personal love for a lifetime.

Originally from Melbourne, Victoria was lured north by opportunity and promise to Sydney, where she passionately dedicated herself to jewellery design. From humble beginnings in Sydney’s artistic breeding ground of Paddington Markets, Victoria Buckley Jewellery celebrated 10 years of business in the prestigious Strand Arcade by opening an enchanting new boutique in 2007.
